The rules for a Bitmap to be mondrian are:
1) The total number of transactions in a block should be greater than 9.
2) The total numbers of transactions in a block should not exceed 230.
3) Gaps between the transactions must be uniform.
4) At least 2 sides of the #bitmap must be fully complete.
5) No blank spaces between the bitmap. (Bottom side is excluded).
6) Grid bitmaps are also Mondrian provided it satisfies above conditions.
